About me

I grew up in the Conwy valley and though I’ve travelled and worked all over the world, this beautiful place is still home. Working as a craniosacral therapist is also a homecoming – coming home to our inner stillness, space and depth beneath the clamour of our external lives. For me, it’s a weaving together of skills and passions from the last twenty-five years; somatic movement, inner inquiry, healing, connection with the natural world. Deepening into the body, firstly as a Pilates apparatus and matwork teacher, then as a Scaravelli Yoga practitioner and Continuum Movement practitioner, naturally opened into an exploration of life, truth and purpose. Along the way I'm supported and guided by Diamond Approach inquiry, shamanic practice, somatic meditation, and the wisdom of advaita teacher Unmani. I am currently working towards teacher accreditation in Continuum Movement with the Somatic Academy in Berlin which is a profound way to explore movement. Continuum Movement, like Craniosacral Therapy, is a gentle invitation home to body and soul.

I’m also a literacy specialist, working with dyslexic and neurodivergent students. I am fascinated by the way Craniosacral Therapy can support children and young people, settling frazzled nervous systems, unwinding tension from busy lives and providing a calm therapeutic space to rest.

Lucy is a member of The Craniosacral Therapy Association.
